Members use wearables they already own - Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar, Whoop and more. Lightbands are an optional upgrade for those without one.
What if I want to upgrade later?
You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference. Many gyms start on Essentials and move to Plus or Total within 60 days.
Is setup really that fast?
Yes - the Bridge connects in minutes and your Uptivo partner walks you through your first class setup on a live call. Most gyms are live within 3–5 days.
What's the minimum commitment?
There's a 3-month minimum to get things rolling, then it's monthly. No annual contracts required.
